We are no longer offering screen printing as an option. The times are changing and so have we. Screen printing requires a minimum order of shirts that most people do not want to order. A different screen is required for each separate color needed for a design which can get very costly for a customer. We have opted to get rid of our screen printing option because of this. We have another way to print onto garments that many people do not know about yet.

It is calledDigital Garment Printing.

Digital Garment Printing, or as some refer to it Direct-To-Garment printing, only requires that the shirt color be lighter than the ink that is being used on it. With this process we can now print as little as one shirt or as many as you could possibly need.

If you went to a screenprinter and needed only two shirts printed and the design had four colors in it and it needed that design on the front left chest and on the entire back you might be surprised at how much it would cost you. First, we don't think you will ever find a screen printer who will print only two shirts that require a four color design on front and back. Second, each color for the front left chest requires a separate screen that is typically $25 per screen, so there's $100 right there. Since the front left chest design is smaller than the back design, you would have to have another four screens made for the back which would be another $100 for the back. So, now you have $200 in just screens and they haven't charged the labor for printing the two shirts yet.  We couldn't do this any longer and make it feasible for either party, so we decided to not even offer this service any longer.
